As Jersey is a small island there are restrictions placed on the accommodation that is available to rent or buy, those who are born in Jersey or have lived here for thirteen years are entitled to rent any type of accommodation they choose.

All other persons can occupy non-qualified accommodation, this covers a range of living accommodation from flats, apartments, bedsits, rooms studios and residential lodging accommodation in Jersey.

The accommodation advertised on this site is owned by members of the Lodging House Association, all our members properties are registered with the States of Jersey and inspected annually in order to maintain standards and retain their registration.
